- Whisk the heavy cream with the sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form, creating a fluffy whipped cream.
- Fold the whipped cream gently into the cooled vanilla pudding to keep the mixture light and airy.
- Spoon a generous layer of the pudding mixture into the bottom of each clear glass, spreading it evenly.
- Add a layer of crushed graham crackers or cookies over the pudding, spreading them lightly to create a crunchy contrast.
- Repeat the layers: add more pudding mixture on top of the cookie crumbs, smoothing the surface gently.
- Top the parfait with a few more crushed cookies and decorate with whole candy corn on the very top for a festive look.
